Job Title:  Tele Caller Executive

Functional Team: Sales, Marketing, BD

Location: Powai, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cold call to the customer and Generation of a new business database.
2. Fixing new appointments through tele calling.
3. Explain the customers about our services (Online Presence Packages, SEO, Social media Engagement, PPC, Websites and Online visibility.).
4. Provide details/benefits to the customer.
5. Responsible for achieving the set Targets.
6. Customer follow up.
7. Feedback – mails/phones (Communication Channel).
8. Good communication skills.

Experience / Skillset:

1. Presentation Skills.
2. Client Relationships.
3. Prospecting Skills.
4. Must have a very strong, clear, and professional speaking voice.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills.

Education:

BBA/BBM, BSc, BCA, BE/B.Tech, BSW, BEd, BFA, B.Com, BMS
